I'm Jane McKenna
Throughout my years in retail, I always enjoyed developing others to be their best. After a period of reflection on my own career journey, I realised I had the opportunity to retrain and make a difference to other women experiencing the same challenges, juggling motherhood and careers.
As a coach, I am supportive, encouraging and intuitive, and I bring my many years of experience to help you revaluate what is important to you and return to work with confidence.
In my role as a coach, the elements I love the most are empowering others to find their confidence, know their value and start them on the path to fulfilling their potential.
As well as coaching you to create a brilliant CV and LinkedIn profile, I also work 1 to 1 and in groups with women wanting to make changes in their careers and those returning to work.
